[Announcement] Fair Play Policy & Ban List – Otherworld Legends

Dear players,
Since the launch of Otherworld Legends, we've been committed to fair and just service for every player, working to maintain a healthy and fair gaming environment.
We'd like to reiterate that Otherworld Legends strictly prohibits the use of any cheats, mods, unauthorized top-up services, unpacked and resold game resources, or third-party illegal tools (including but not limited to cheat engines and mod apps), as well as any behavior that undermines the integrity of the game. Accounts found in violation of these rules will be banned.
We also firmly oppose the sale of tampered accounts and third-party tool services on the market. Players are strongly advised not to purchase or use such accounts or services. Once an account is confirmed to be in violation, it will be permanently banned. No requests such as cancellations or refunds will be accepted, and any losses incurred will be borne by the account holder or user. We reserve the right to pursue further legal action if necessary.
We encourage all players to help us uphold a fair and healthy environment and support the long-term stability of Otherworld Legends. If you encounter suspicious activity in-game or on any platform, please report it via our support team at info@chillyroom.games or through the official Otherworld Legends Discord server.
To keep your account safe, please take note of the following:
- Download the game only from official sources (App Store, Google Play, Steam, RuStore). Avoid unofficial websites or shared game files.
- Never buy, sell, or use traded accounts. Don't trust unofficial services, share your account, or log into someone else's.
